Creative Scenes enable people to create their own scene using a set of magnetic pieces, each can be placed anywhere on the background board.

  • Designed for people with cognitive loss who can no longer do our 13 piece jigsaw puzzles
  • Creative Scenes offers the same sense of achievement, without the chance of getting it wrong
  • Durable plastic, easy to clean, and also meets infection control standards

Each Creative Scene has beautifully illustrated content, commissioned to ensure they are reminiscent of the appropriate era so people can relate to them and start conversations.

How it works

After discovering that as people’s dementia progresses they struggle to pick puzzle pieces up and place them in the correct place, which caused frustration. Creative Scenes were designed to have no wrong answer, whilst still giving that same sense of achievement.

  • Create your own allotment using a set of magnetic pieces
  • Each magnetic piece can be picked up and placed on the background wherever they choose

The Allotment

The ‘Dig for Victory’ campaign was set up during WWII by the Government in times of strict rationing. Everyone was encouraged to grow their own food and make the most of green spaces; golf courses, gardens and parks became allotments.

Leaflets were sent to every home inspiring people to ‘do their bit’ ensuring everyone had enough to eat and kept in high spirits.
