This clock is clear and excellent value for money. The one drawback is that the date is shown in the U.S. style as Month/Day, not in the usual U.K. format of Day/Month -- this can be a little confusing in the early days of the month for someone with cognitive problems (as I have)

Unfortunately the cover over the small battery snapped when trying to put in the battery.
